Amendments to Articles II, III and VI of the Agreement for the Establishment of the Indo-Pacific Fisheries Council

AMENDMENTS

Article II, paragraph 5

Delete the word "year" and insert the words "two years" after the word "every".

Article III, clause "i"

Delete the word "annually" and substitute the word "biennially" after "to report".

Article VI, paragraph 2

Delete the words "an annual" and substitute the words "a biennial" before the word "budget".

Adopted by the Indo-Pacific Fisheries Council at its eighth session (Colombo, 17 December 1958). The Amendments entered into force 17 December 1958.
