On 26 December 2013, the Government of China deposited its instrument of ratification of Amendments to Annexes A, B and C, transmitted by depositary notification C.N.524.2009.TREATIES-4 of 26 August 2009, with the following declaration: In accordance with the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the Peoples Republic of China and the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the Peoples Republic of China, the Government of the Peoples Republic of China decides that the [...] amendments apply to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region of the Peoples Republic of China.
