Notes:
This Agreement shall be evaluated by the Parties by 31 December 2005. If the KyotoProtocol has not entered into force by that date, the Agreement shall terminate without any further notice. In case the Kyoto Protocol has entered into force, the Agreement shall terminate as of 31 December 2012.
